How much does it cost?
Nothing. The Friends is free for specialists, always. Clients pay us, and you get your full salary.
Who actually employs me?
The Friends d.o.o., our Serbian company. You get a real local employment contract with salary, taxes and benefits handled, and you do the work for the client abroad.
How long until I am matched?
Vetting takes about a week. After that it depends on which briefs come in for your specialty and seniority. Some Friends are matched within days, others wait a few weeks. Your profile keeps working the whole time.
Do I work remotely?
Yes. Every role is remote, from home, with working hours agreed upfront so you overlap with the client's team.
What if the client is not a fit?
You tell us, we talk to both sides and either fix it or rematch you. Your contract and salary stay in place while we do.
Can I refer people and earn?
Yes. Your portal has an invite link. Every friend who gets hired through it earns you $200.
